     Payment:
Payment for your order and applicable shipping must be approved by your cardholder or PayPal before your order is shipped.

     Shipping:
Products from Printful are made-to-order and will be processed within seven days of purchase. Shipping times will vary based on your location. Economy shipping within the US could take up to eight business days for delivery. International shipping times could take up to twenty days, not including possible time products are held in customs.
Please note that because orders are made and fulfilled through Printful and dispatched by your chosen courier at checkout, shamana is not responsible for any delayed, lost, damaged, or stolen packages. If you would like a parcel number to keep up with where it is at any time, please send an email to [email protected]. If there are any issues with your products, send an email so we can resolve the issue with Printful. If there are any issues during transit, send an email so we can resolve the issue with the shipping courier.
Additionally, please ensure that you fill out all shipping information correctly. There will not be any orders reissued due to incorrect addresses.

     Returns and Exchanges:
Due to the made-to-order nature of these items and the fact that they are fulfilled by a third party, no returns or exchanges can be made unless there is an error on Printful's part.
